I am building a Guillemot and was wondering when most of the builders have fitted the keel strips. Do you wait until the side strips reach to form 2 and cover the inner stem piece (which I am using) or do you fit them in before that ? I am in the process of rolling the bevel for the two keel strips and it seems that the fitting of the ends would be easier if I waited until the stem on the endforms was covered.
