The boat has to be straight not the box beam. Like Paul said you have to true up your forms with a line anyhow so don't worry about it. I personally would not try to twist or force it true since this may not be permanent and the wood memory may cock it back. Stability and stiffness are far more important. Absolutely don't trash it. You're done. Put your stations and forms on it, true them up and build.
