I am aware of Nick's errata page and have made the changes, but that doesn't solve my problem. For the 0.5 and 16.5 forms, I get forms that look like the diamonds on a playing card. I need to know how to round off the top. Should I just estimate and draw it by hand? Both forms are very narrow anyway.
