MAS Epoxies Queation

I am getting ready to order my epoxy and was looking for input on the regular resin versus the Cool cure. I am building in the basement and can keep the temp above 60 if need be so I can use either. I was wondering if one or the other had better handling characteristics. (reg versus cool)???
