My vote would be to use the slow hardner and keep the basement about 68-70 while you are working on it. This will allow you to work in comfort! 8^)
This worked well for me. For fill coats there was enough tack the next day I didn't worry about bonding. If I needed to flip the piece over, I just waited an extra day before doing so to prevent it from sticking to my sawhorses. Not having to worry about blush was also a big plus (MAS).
