>make some templates of the desired radius out of wood or cardboard as in plans or shop notes. Do not over plane the outside edges of the shear clamps as the deck doesn't bend past the ring nails as there is nothing there to pull the edges down. if you over plane the outter edges you will end up with a gap that need to be filled with thickened epoxy. try a few dry fits first before you commit to epoxy and nails - you will probably need a buddy to help bend and hold the deck down while you check the fit. i'm building my second CLC and plan on using pilot brads on the deck beams and a small hole in the deck to help keep the whole thing centered this time around.
