I have just read Greenland paddle articles by Gerry David and Tom Lucas which were recommended by J Weinraub and I am convinced I need to build one as theropy for the long dark Canadian winter. I also hate to admit it, but my shoulders will probably appreciate less strain. I only hope it turns out as nice as your job.
