Use the offsets and adjust the bow section to match. What you see is caused by the printing machine. Actually there can be three problems; the paper slips slightly in the rollers, there is "pattern creep" when non-original masters (mylars) are used, and Xerox printed mylars can be inaccurate if the machines lens and mirror are not in perfect adjustment. This a constant problem with blueline printing and our printing company usually stays on top of it, but it's never perfect. I urge anyone using patterns printed on bluelines from any source to check them with a scale and make adjustments as needed. Sorry if this caused a delay for you.
