Odd, every boating supply store or shelf I've seen has the epoxy in quart and gallon containers. The hardener is in matching containers for the epoxy. Both with instructions for volume measuring and equating. Even the mass suppliers I've met sell it in 5 gallon and 55 gallon containers. Only when getting up into railcar quantities doe they seem to switch to weight measures.
