I get lots of stuff from one of our local safety supply companies. They stock a Tyvek sleeve that will fill this bill. A couple of tips: there is a bicep end and a wrist end, just check the diameters, and they will stay put under gloves if you push your thumb through at the seam next to the elastic (otherwise they tend to creep up your arm). These things are hot in summertime, but not nearly so much so as a complete Tyvek bunny suit, and a lot less expensive. Use latex gloves as well, and you will be fine.
