use weight bobs and a string

I tried the upside down method and had CATASTROPHIC results

the shears where level but the keel was twisted and ran off to the side, I wound up wedging the stern out to put it back in line.

Go with the CLC upright method and hang sring bobs to make sure your keel is in the middle.
