This whole thread has been most disappointing and a bit baffling to me. I understand the manufacturers' need to protect their image, but they should play fair and and play by our host's rules. As for builders, there really is no need for such intense proselytizing. Why would you want everyone to build a boat just like yours? When you buy your next kit, don't you hope your favorite supplier still has some healthy competition? And certainly if you haven't built someone's boat, your criticism is speculative at best.

Finally, for pete's sake, if ever there was a case of people having more in common than dividing them, it would be the people on this board! Talk about a tiny minority of a tiny minority! A speck in the ocean we are...
