Rule of Thumb
In Response To: Epoxy Cure Time VS Recoat before Amine Blush (Rick Hewitt)
If you can push your thumb nail into the epoxy and make a dent, it is usually still safe to recoat, however if the surface feels oily or waxy, you should assume there is amine blush and clean it off.
