If I remember right, that really isn't warm enough to make 5200. I think it calls for 70 degrees minimum for curing. As for the water, I've never heard of that one. Looking at the MSD sheets for it, I see nothing in the ingredients or handling sections that indicates water on it wet does anything positive for it when wet. It looks like if it does anything, it will be detremental to the strength and integrity of the bond.
