Hi, I'm building the Tred Avon down here by Portland Or. and have the exact same problem. I talked to Chris at CLC and to a rep. at MAS. They didn't know for sure that it was blush either. After posting here, Nick replied saying it probably was blush. Sure enough, I washed it with soap and water and the tackyness was gone. Now I am using some epoxy from TAP Plastics and it blushes just as bad or worse then the MAS. (I am using TAP's slow cure which claimes it is not suppose to blush). So... what you are seing is normal. Maybe it's all this Pacific NorthWest rain we are having.
