Hi Robert,

If you planing to do inside & outside the hull and deck in 1 piece of fiberglass you will need approximately 8 yards of 38" wide cloth (deck), and 8 yards of 50" wide cloth (hull.) (You may be able to use 4 yards of 60" cloth for the deck, but this depends on its girth.) I would suggest using a 6 oz plain weave fiberglass. There will be quite a bit of excess at the bow and stern.

As for the Epoxy, I would figure on approximately 1 to 1.5 gallons.
