I just checked the MAS web site (http://www.masepoxies.com/index.html). They only claim no blush for their standard hardener. They also list a rapid cure hardener (probably the same as in the Cool Cure, check the part number) which has better low temperature cure properties, but does blush and they recommend washing before recoating.
