Bonnie, there are several places to get the shorter kayak plans pygm (did i spell that right) has a couple of s&g plans that look good,you could reduce any plans or if you use some of nicks he tells you to just shorten the distence between the froms that's esay or you could just make your own if you can't find any you like Robert
