Hi,

I am cutting and planing the panels for a Chesapeake 17'. They say to clamp the pannels together and cut and plane them at the same time. They say to be sure that they are not drooping, so that the panels will be of identical size. I did all of that and they are slightly different in size. I am talking less than a mm. Is this difference in length going to be acceptable? It seems really hard to get them perfectly identical even if they are clamped and flat. Your advice is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Paul
