I used a foam type weatherstripping that I found at the hardware store. It was probably about 1/4" high by 1/4" to 3/8" wide and came on a big roll (probably about 10' long). One side had the peel and stick adhesive on it. There's probably about a zillion different sizes, shapes, materials, and colors of weatherstripping on the market. I just picked one that I thought would work ok.
