Alan,
I saw the seaward Kayak guys at the Outdoor Adventure Show in Vancouver a couple of weeks ago and they do in fact sell their systems to everyone. I'm heading to Victoria in about two weeks and I'd love to swing by their shop. Where are they? Thanks for any info you can get.
