If you are willing to cut up your hull forms, you can cut the deck shape into the hull forms. Then tack the forms back into place in the hull with a few dots of hot-melt glue. You can then make a deck with assurance that it will match the hull. When you need to remove the forms, just hit them hard to break the hot-melt. Nick
