How about if you stretch a line between bow and stern stems, mark the line every 12"

for each mark., measure the "triangle" formed by the mark on the string and the two shears

add 12 inches to the altitude of the tallest triangle, this will be the height dimension of all of your forms. cut a square from plywood for each station using the height above and the width of each triangle (plus 2 inches maybe?).

for each square you cut mark up from the bottom 6 inches and draw a line accross, find the horizontal center of this line and draw a perpendicular and intersecting line top to bottom. On this vertical line, measure down 6 inches from the top, this spot is the top of your "triangle" from above, scribe the rest of the triangle onto the square.

each square of plywood can now be mounted onto your table as deck station molds, the only thing missing is the deck shape itself.
