You can follow Nick's directions for cutting the hull forms, and still be able to use them for successive kayaks.

As Nick said, "you can cut the deck shape into the hull forms". You can thenn strip the deck, inverted, into those same forms. When ready to do the next kayak, as Nick said, "tack the forms back into place in the hull with a few dots of hot-melt glue. ... When you need to remove the forms, just hit them hard to break the hot-melt".
