Yes, but the way Fritjof has his forms set up, he doesn't have a strongback like Nick uses. His forms are mounted upside-down to a table. Unless, of course, he does cut the deck profile into the top (bottom) of all the forms. Then, when building the second kayak, he'd have to attach a rectangle of plywood to the form to re-attach the form to the table. Doing this, though, is probably what he wants to avoid, as I believe he wants to keep the original hull forms mounted to the table so he doesn't have to re-align them.
