My two Pygmy boats hang in the garage on wide straps about four feet from each end. The inboard staps help reduce the bending moment on the hull. The straps are attached to spreader bars about the hull width so they don't pinch the deck. Ropes and pulleys attached to ceiling joist finish the setup.
