> Thanks in advance, -Roger Donahe Roger, I would suggest gluing the spacers on first and the top coaming layer later. The reason for this is that bending the pieces to the curve of the deck makes the layers offset like "stairsteps" on the sides. It is nice to be able to smooth down the outside edges without having to work under the coaming lip. Then glue on the top layer. And yes, you will need LOTS of clamps. Start clamping at the front and back and add clamps till you get to the center of the sides. Good Luck! Grant Goltz
