You need to set your x and y scales equal to each other. Also remember that you probably will not be able to plot full-scale with Excel.

I don't know how easy or hard it is. I used AutoSketch, and I was able to simply type in X and Y coordinates and had a point pop up on screen, to scale, immediately! (The software was $99) The 70* point was easy to plot as well. after plotting all the points, I just connected them with a fit curve.

Part of getting cheap plans (the book containing offsets is only $20, the full plans are $80) is the inherent fact that more work is required. I'm not sure Nick would appreciate someone posting the offsets (you bought the book, but not everyone who would have access to those offsets would have). With Nick's blessing, I could send you .dxf files that can be imported into almost any CAD program and are then plotter-ready. Nick??
