Check out Industrial Supply Companies. I got some "C" channel nylon extrusions from McMaster-Car, I know they carry several other shapes, don't know about "H" channel though.
Might also try Marine Supply Houses, example; Post carries Interlux and Z-Spar for about $12-$15.
