When epoxying some strands of glass from the reinforcement pieces bottom,bow and stern got loose and is laying on top of the cloth. Is it just to sand these down ? How deep can I go when sanding this and the transition from the reinforcement pieces and the cloth? Should I put one or two layers of epoxy on top of this after sanding? What is a small batch? And what is best to use when applying these "filler" coats?
