I commute about 40 minutes now, but after the project I'm working on is finished I'll probably transfer to the other plant which is only 10 Min. from home. We planned it that way. Knowing that there'll be tremendous growth soon, we intend to buy more acreage adjacent to our land to keep as a buffer zone until we move again (hopefully never), at which time we almost certainly would make a healthy profit. It's gonna take some time to spruce up the place enough to be able to do something fun like kayaking again. I'm trying to keep from losing my barn to mother nature, which is probably a career unto itself!
