I've seen this stuff ( ors something similar) at a local home/hardware store by the sheets of melamine and 'tile board' paneling they sell for people to use in bathrooms. The stuff is used to make joints between panels, comes in white, in 8 foot lengths, and is pretty cheap.

With wall paneling, it makes really obvious and tacky looking panel joints, but I think there must be a requirement that they use this stuff in the bathrooms of fast-food places.
