Think vinegar, ammonia, dish detergent, or orange-based cleansers. The 202 is probably "better" than all of these, but are less likely to cause permanent brain damage.
The first hit probably was enough to sensitize you so even the small exposure outside was enough to bring back the symptoms. You should always work in a well ventilated area when using nasty petro-chemicals, and an organic respirator is also a good idea.
