You might want to check out rec.boat.paddle (a newsgroup) and follow the threads. As well as I can understand, some guy under an assumed name of John Thomas stole some web pages from CLC and put them out as imagine boats, and has been posting fairly inflammatory remarks and e-mails regarding CLC. "john thomas" also has posted some rather derogatory remarks on this news group. All responders seem to trash "john thomas" as immature and sing praises to CLC.
