There is an outfit here in Portland who sells a kit that looks remarkably like a Cape Charles. I cant think of thier name right now but they advertise in Woodenboat. I visited thier booth at a recent show and made several rather pointed comments to him about the similarities. He finally acknowledged that the construction is similar but that's as far as he would go. I guess the dimensions are slightly different. I cant think of thier name, and now offhand I dont see it in a recent issue. I'll post it when it comes to me. Starts with a B?
