When you're building a S&G kayak with four sides, there's only a very few number of shapes that are going to exist. I'm not at all surprised they've got one that looks like the Cape Charles. So do others. And several CLC boats look just like other older boats as well. And to a novice, they probably all look alike. Even Nicks Guillemot looks like other kayaks I've seen. Like making paper airplanes, there's only so many ways you can fold the paper and still have a plane.
