Thats quite true, and they seemed to be an honest outfit when I met them. I'm not accusing them of outright stealing a design or anything. But I do find it more than a coincidence; same cockpit shape, same deckbeam type, and pretty close to the same width, freeboard and length. They wouldn't discuss the differences with me. I guess it goes back to the copyright thread from a few weeks ago. For all I know, they credit CLC.
