Hi Bob, Could you give me a bit more info. on the 'flakey numbers in the offset table'? I have gone through the whole process of changing all the no.s into Metric, plotting them out,and then cutting out the resulting forms. Unfortunately I had to move so (fortunately) never got the forms onto the 2x4/strongback. I am about to get them out of the box they are stuffed in and get going with this project and your comments have me a bit alarmed.Where are the problems you encountered? How did you correct them? Additionally, I would like to see any pics of, or hear more about, your deck modifications. I saw, on Nick's site, a newer design (name escapes me at present) that is much the same as the Great Auk but with a rounded deck and it got me to thinking... Thanks,Kelly
