Hi Marcelo,

I wonder if you could build a normal Guillemot, then cut it into two pieces just aft of the cockpit. Once you get it outside you could rejoin the pieces by sanding a shallow bevel on the inside and filling with wood and glass.

Another option would be to make the joint the screw-together type that is done with some fiberglass models. A bulkhead on each side of the joint would keep water out. That way you could get the boat back into your residence again.
