A quick calculation suggests that you will be pretty close to the limit of the displacement capacity of the boat. It would probably float, but I won't make any promises about the performance.
Scale the center of buoyancy appropriately and locate the seat relative to the center of buoyancy to keep the boat floating on an even keel.
