Jay, this makes sense to me. I see the same on my Tred Avon. It will be painted so I dont care about the frost, unless it is a structural problem? The cloth bonded fine, just a little frosty spot or two where the cloth panels overlap. Is there any concern of longevity or premature breakdown? Or of structural failure?
