Greg, just out of curiosity, are you switching because you are unhappy with the Interlux product, or are you just doing a comparison? I haven't had any trouble with 207 (that couldn't be attributable to user error), but I sometimes wish it were a bit less viscous. From what I've heard, the MAS family offers something quite runny.
Just FYI, the 207 hardender has a golden/yellow color, so you immediately start building up the color that's similar to what the varnish provides. I've never used any other product, so I don't know if this is common or not. Anybody want to comment on the color of any of the other popular epoxy/hardener combos?
