> Paul What I did to minimize the size of the end pours was to put the boat up on it's edge and tip the end to be poured down slightly. Then I poured enough epoxy in to cover the end of the tape down to the end, after it has set, go to the other end or other edge and repeat, and repeat until all the inner seams are sealed. Also you want the epoxy to be thin enough to run well. This takes a lot less epoxy, weighs less and completely seals the seams. It also generates less heat.
