I put each hatch cover into 2 pipe clamps and turned the screws on the clamps until the cover curved to form the correct radius. Then I glued in the hatch cover braces. I used 5 braces instead of 3 for the rear cover and 4 braces for the front cover. For a seal, I used mini-cell weather stripping for windows found at Home Depot. I now have an AIR-TIGHT seal.
