You might check this out with the Chesapeake Paddler Association (CPA), Will. There's a boathouse in the Annapolis area on the South River --- yeah, not exactly what you had in mind --- that might have room. Check with the CPA coordinator for that site, Brian Blankinship, at Blankibr@aol.com for a referral to the boathouse guru. Not sure who it is at the moment. Or put a post on the CPAKayaker list server at cpakayaker@lists.shire.net. I'd think there would be someone --- maybe the group that meets in Alexandria --- who could help you. In any event, the CPA is a good resource for you in this area --- and, if I get three more people to sign up as members ($10 a year), I get this really neat red and green rotating light for the front wheel of my Schwinn!
