I cut a strip in half lengthwise and then tapered this to a wedge shape down it's length, then glued it right in on top of this "low spot" and it virtually dissappeared after sanding and 'glassing.........except for the color difference in the two strips. This would seem to work good for a few minor spots. I must give credit to Nick though.....I got the idea from his book.......thanks Nick.
