Adjustable mount?

In Response To: Mounting a foot pump (Jack Sanderson)

I have a bulkhead mounted guzzler in My CC18. Now I have a plastic boat I would like to fit with the same thing. Problem is, it's my wife's boat, and I would like the pump to be available to either of us. Has anyone come up with a clever adjustable mount?
