Actually, most epoxies are done best if coated with the additional coats before they are completly hard, more like thick, but still tacky. this allows them to bond cemically, and avoids the blush problem altogether. We wait a couple of hours, after applying the glass, to apply the second coat and then a couple of more hours and on goes the next. Then let it set until cured, sand it all smooth and do a final coat. AL
