I would second that. I am building mine in my garage and if you look at the pictures of Nicks shop in his book, it is pretty representative of what my garage looks like. Add to that the noise of the orbital sander and the epoxy fumes (which by the way stick around for about a week as the goo cures) and your well on your way to an eviction. (I had piles of wood curls 2feet tall during the fairing process) You may want to consider renting someones garage space. Perhaps an elderly widow would be happy to let you use her garage if you mowed the grass etc. You could also check into local school shops etc where they have adult community ed. classes, although I have taught those and your project is quite large to be well accepted. Good luck in finding a place but please don't subject your neighbors to the fumes. They are very deceptive in that they don't really smell but they are nasty.
