1 - You have gotten some good advice about random orbital sanders. Definetly buy one, you WILL be doing a lot of sanding on this project.

2 - If your epoxy is 'green' DO NOT TRY SANDING IT!! You will wind up with 100's of tiny balls of epoxy. To sand epoxy it must be fully cured. As a matter of fact, that is a good way to know if the epoxy is fully cured.

3 - Post a lot to this BB, it has a tremendous amount of useful and clever tips and tricks from it's membership.
